a holistic behaviour and wellness mentor

using the human animal bond

to encourage you and your pet

Combining my career

as a Registered Veterinary Technician,

my passion for animal behaviour and training,

as well as my desire to support the wellness

of all the toes and tails in my family,

has led me to discover

how the relationship we have with our pets

can inspire our goals of healthier, happier lives.

bond-centered practices encourage you

to look deeper into your habits

and the habits of your pets.

Utilizing that bond empowers

you both to improve energy levels,

This is Lira.

She was a feral (wild) cat brought in for a spay/abort

by a local rescue.

I ended up fostering her.

She never left

until she passed away 

February 2021

This is Thea.

Even though she passed away in October 2019,

she's still inspiring me.

I'm sure she's running across the clouds

full tilt, with a frisbee in her mouth!

8 km bike ride ending at the park = tire

Yoga is one of my goto workouts.

Quiet moments,

grounding oils,

deep breathing,

and cat purrs to

encourage me.

I have successfully done yoga for 15 day

Naptime and sunbeam snuggles with the twins, and the animals are also a favourite activity to enjoy.

Thankful to be a stay at home mom, so I can indulge these moments.
